Design Example
The wireframe drawings in this design example illustrate the steps a participant — or their representative — might take to log into the QPP system and attest to their participation as described in the final rule.
One: Log In
The participant logs into QPP.
Two: Select a category
The participant selects a category that they want to attest to.
Three: Attest to the category
The participant attests to the category they selected.
Four: Attestation confirmation
The system confirms that the participant’s attestation has been received.
